The H2 Hydrogen World Congress was presented during the eMobility Expo World Congress, 14-15 February 2024, in Valencia, Spain. During this congress, attendees had the opportunity to delve into specific areas of interest or explore the entire value chain of the industry, ranging from large corporations to cutting-edge scientific research.
Within research and innovation, Fundación Hidrógeno Aragón (FHa) plays an important role. That is why Pedro Casero, head of the Technical Area at FHa, participated in the Roundtable Session on Hydrogen Technologies R&D in Spain.
In addition to presenting some of the foundation’s projects, Pedro Casero discussed with the other participants the state of the technology and the challenges facing the sector in Spain.
In addition, questions were answered:
1. What key technological challenges must be overcome to enhance the efficiency and scalability of hydrogen production, storage, and utilization?
2. In what ways can Spain capitalize on its existing infrastructure and renewable energy resources to position itself as a leader in hydrogen technology development and implementation?
