Based on the Resolution of 27 January 2022, of the Board of Directors of E.P.E. Instituto para la Diversificación y Ahorro de la Energía (IDAE), M.P., the first call is established for the programme of incentives for pioneering and unique renewable hydrogen projects (H2 PIONEROS Programme) within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (Extract published in BOE 18/02/2022).
The call is addressed to:
Companies with their own legal personality including business associations
Consortia or business groupings of natural or legal persons, public or private, with or without legal personality (with at least one SME).
Institutional public sector of any public administration, private law entities linked to or dependent on public administrations and public universities and their affiliated centres with their own legal personality.
The budget allocated for this call is 150 000 000,00 €.
The deadline for submission of applications is from 7 March 2022 to 6 May 2022.
The minimum investment threshold per project is 1 million euros.
And the installed electrolysis power: more than 0.5 MW and less than 20 MW, combining local production and consumption of renewable hydrogen.
