Aragon Hydrogen Foundation participated in the HyDUAR event on dual hydrogen applications, a project coordinated by the Aeronautics, Aerospace and Defence Cluster of Aragon (AERA) and funded by the Aragonese Development Institute. During the event there was an opportunity to explore the field of hydrogen applications in the civil and military sector. The event took place on 16 October at the Salesianos facilities in Zaragoza.
It was also possible to see how the capacity of the aeronautical sector in Aragon is at a key point of development, as reflected by Alejandro Ibrahim, General Manager of Teruel Airport, and president of AERA.
Fundación also took part in a round table debate where they talked about the needs of training and people in the Aragonese industry, being able to touch on issues such as the need for comprehensive worker training, the specialisation of VET profiles and the development of Soft Skills in the technology sector.
Finally, the Life Zero Energy Mod project was presented, where Equipos Móviles de Campaña (ARPA) explained in detail the advances, technological challenges and possibilities that have been generated through this modular, habitable and easily transportable solution.
Special thanks to Salesianos Zaragoza, for lending us their facilities, and to all the participants in the event, Jorge García Emilio Sumelzo, Miguel Ayuso, Juan Carlos Andrés, Jorge Viloria and Gonzalo Peña, for enlightening us with their remarkable experience and their great work for the Aragonese industry.
