Aimonia 4.0
AIMONIA 4.0 Phase II: REDUCING THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT OF FARMING THROUGH THE USE OF AI AND DATA ANALYSIS USING NEURONIC NETWORKS.
May 2023 - April 2024
SUMMARY AND OBJECTIVES
The project pursues the acquisition of new knowledge in the management of waste in farms with high concentration of ammonia, slurry, and its valorization aiming at the generation of energy, biogas, for the farm pursuing the goal of self-sufficiency from renewable energy sources.
The project aims at the optimal operation of a real modular and expandable renewable energy microgrid, installed in Phase I, including energy vectors such as hydrogen, photovoltaic and storage, which guarantee the energy supply, with zero emissions, resulting in a sustainable operation of the farms studied in the project and minimizing the environmental impact of the farm.
FOUNDATION ROLE
Aragon Hydrogen Foundation will analyze the performance of the installed microgrid and evaluate options for its optimization. This microgrid includes an electrolyzer, photovoltaics, fuel cell and storage.
