The Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism of Spain has published a notice of expressions of interest to identify projects associated with the manufacturing industry that may participate in an Important Project of Common European Interest (IPCEI) on green hydrogen.
The expressions of interest will allow identification in Spain of those entities developing industrial manufacturing projects in the green hydrogen value chain that could participate in an IPCEI to accelerate the development of the industrial hydrogen sector.
The objective of this notice is also to identify R+D+i projects of companies from the manufacturing industry that allow the development of a competitive industrial offer to be combined with the deployment of hydrogen uses. From the list of interested companies and entities, the Ministry may nominate those that meet the conditions stipulated for their possible integration into the working groups and meetings for the constitution of an IPCEI.
Proposals for R+D+i projects may be submitted to the Ministry until Monday 15 June 2020 through the e-mail address sganalisissectores(@)mincotur.es, indicating in the subject line: “Name of the company/entity – Proyecto PIICE”.
