We design and execute customized efficiency and durability tests for electrolysis stacks, tailored to each manufacturer’s needs and aligned with harmonized JRC protocols. We provide technical support throughout the process, ensuring each technology is ready to deliver safety and performance before market launch.

We perform a welcome test to evaluate the stack’s electrical behavior under various operating conditions, analyzing key parameters such as cell voltage, current, and power. Our test benches simulate real-world environments, enabling extended and accelerated trials that reveal the true potential of each component.

We integrate impedance spectroscopy (Pulsenics, 25 channels) for advanced diagnostics of cell performance and aging, observing in real time how electrode and electrolyte interfacial properties impact H₂ and O₂ production efficiency.

Our goal: optimize hydrogen production efficiency, extend component lifespan, and reduce production costs.
